Community engagement at HSL

Customer-centricity is a key part of our strategy and service development. Our goal is to provide the best possible public transport service for as many people as possible. We strive to listen to local residents in a fair and equitable manner and to report back to participants on the outcomes of the engagement process. The aim of our work is for as many residents in the HSL area as possible to feel that their voices have been heard.
