When boarding a bus, use the middle doors. The driver can open the wheelchair ramp for you, if necessary. On buses, the weight capacity of the ramps is 300 kilograms.
The vehicles on the light rail line 15 are fully accessible. In the middle of the light rail vehicle, there is a door marked with an illuminated symbol leading to a multifunctional area that is easy to access with a wheelchair. The other tram types have an access ramp that the driver can help you with, if necessary.
Commuter trains have doors that are marked with a wheelchair symbol. When you press the button marked with a wheelchair logo next to these doors, a step will slide out and bridge the gap between the train and the platform.
If you are travelling with a wheelchair, we recommend using the pram or wheelchair button to open the doors on all HSL public transport vehicles, as this keeps the doors open longer.
If you are a wheelchair user and use Park & Ride facilities, you need an HSL card with a valid free ticket. Read more about Park & Ride facilities for wheelchair users.
