HSL Business Portal

HSL Business Portal is an easy-to-use online service for companies that want to provide sustainable commuting solutions in the capital region. The online service for employers allows you to order, issue and manage your employees’ public transport tickets.

You can use the Business Portal to provide your employees with:

  • HSL Commuter Benefit, either as an auto-renewing season ticket or as a flexible mobility budget
  • HSL Business Travel, as a flexible mobility budget for journeys during the workday
  • Ticket codes and single tickets for your employees or customers
  • City bikes
  • In addition, you can use our free services: My displays and the Journey Planner component

The service is fully digital, so you can take care of everything online without needing to visit a service point.
Employees can access the HSL Commuter Benefit and HSL Business Travel conveniently via a mobile app.
Single and day tickets are delivered to you as ticket codes or single tickets, depending on your choice.

We do not charge any processing or other extra fees for products delivered digitally.

Once an account has been created for your company, you will receive an email inviting to the HSL Business Portal as an admin. Once you have logged in to the service, you can immediately start issuing benefits to your employees.
