Tickets for groups and companies

Do you need tickets for your company, for example for a wellbeing day or some other corporate event? Are you ordering single or day tickets for your school’s teachers?

You can order single and day tickets as ticket codes that the recipient of the code can redeem in the HSL app, or paper single and day tickets that have a QR code.

How to order single and day tickets

Pre‑ordered single and day tickets can be used for up to a year! If you need a large number of tickets or place ticket orders frequently, we recommend making a larger ticket order at once. This way, you’ll receive the tickets faster in one delivery. By ordering pre-printed paper tickets you can also save on printing and delivery fees.

Single and day tickets for the HSL app

Order single-use ticket codes that allow the recipient to redeem a single or day ticket (1 to 13 days) using the HSL app.

You can easily order ticket codes via the HSL Business Portal. Please note that you must have a Finnish business ID to be able to use the Business Portal.

You can easily order ticket codes using the order form.

We will deliver the codes to the client as an Excel file by email. Unused codes will not be refunded.

Single and day tickets in paper form

Single and day tickets in paper form (1 to 13 days) are a great option for occasional journeys, for instance for guests and clients, or for journeys made during recreation days. These tickets are also ideal for teachers accompanying school groups.

You can easily order paper single and day tickets via the HSL Business Portal. Please note that you must have a Finnish business ID to be able to use the Business Portal.

You can easily order tickets using the order form.

We will email the tickets to you as a PDF file that you can print out. Orders of more than 100 tickets can, for an additional fee, be delivered pre-printed by mail, or collected from the HSL service point.

Disposable cards can be exchanged for new tickets until 30 September 2027

Following our ticketing overhaul, disposable cardboard cards have been replaced with QR-coded tickets. The sale of these cards ended in September 2025, and they were permanently discontinued on 31 December 2025. If your company or e.g. school has any valid but unused disposable cards, you can exchange them free of charge for new tickets. Please see instructions below.

Instructions for exchanging disposable cardboard cards

The disposable cards to be exchanged must be valid at least until 1 January 2026. We do not exchange cards that expired in 2025 or earlier. Unused tickets sent as replacements will not be refunded.

If you wish to receive the replacement tickets as ticket codes for the HSL app, we will send them to you as an Excel file by email.

If you wish to receive the replacement tickets as single or day tickets in paper form, we will email them to you as a PDF file that you can print out. If you have more than 100 disposable cards to exchange, you can also order pre-printed single and day tickets, which can be delivered by post or collected from the HSL service point at Mall of Tripla. Please note that, in this case, we will charge a printing and delivery fee in accordance with our price list.

We will deliver the replacement tickets within approximately one month of receiving the form and the disposable cards. The processing may take longer if there is a backlog.

Do this:

Fill in and print out the exchange form.
Place the printed form and all the cardboard cards in an envelope.
Return the envelope to HSL’s service point at Mall of Tripla, or send it as a reply mail item to the following address free of charge: HSL Helsingin seudun liikenne, HSL Yritysmyynti, Asiakaspalautus: 626988
All set! We will deliver the replacement tickets using your chosen delivery method (by email / by post / pick-up at the HSL service point) within approximately one month of receiving the form and the disposable cards.
