HSL service point is located in the Mall of Tripla, on the 4½ floor. The street address is: Pasilan asema-aukio 1, 00520 Helsinki. View the location on a map and read about our service fees.

Monday to Friday 8.30am–6pm, on Saturdays 9.30am–5pm. Closed on Sundays.

In March, we are exceptionally open on Wednesdays from 10.30am to 6pm.

The service point is closed during Easter:

• Mon 6 Apr

Please note! We will switch off the queue number dispenser before the service point’s closing time if the service point gets crowded. This ensures that we can serve all customers who have taken a queue number.
