Sales and service points

At sales and service points, you can:

• Top up your HSL card with season tickets
• Top up your HSL card with value
• Buy single tickets
• Buy day tickets

New HSL cards are available at the HSL service point or at municipal service points. 

You can also buy adult and child single tickets from HSL ticket machines, which are marked on the map with a ticket icon. Some ticket machines also sell day tickets. To find these machines, select “1-day ticket (valid immediately” in the map search.

At the HSL service point, you can pay by cash, debit or credit card, Edenred Työmatka card, Smartum Pay, and Epassi. 

At other sales and service points, you can pay by cash or card. Please check the accepted payment methods at each location. 

Please bring any necessary documents with you when visiting a service point—for example, proof of eligibility for a student or pensioner discount. Read more about discounts here. 

If you visit a service point to buy a new HSL card, please bring a driver’s license, a passport or an ID card. A fee of €5 is charged for the new card.
