Managing multiple companies

You can manage the accounts of more than one company using the same HSL corporate user account in the HSL Business Portal.

This is what you should do

  1. Fill in a separate order form for each company. Include the email address of the contact person to whom you want the admin invitation to be sent. 
  2. We will send you a separate invitation for each company.
  3. Create a personal corporate user account using the first admin invitation.
  4. When you receive the next admin invitations, click the link in the message and log in to the service using the HSL corporate user account you have already created.

Please note: Do not create a separate user account for each company. Once you have created a corporate user account for the first company, you can use the account to log in using subsequent invitation links.

 

Managing multiple companies

In the future, you can use the same HSL corporate user account to manage all companies for which you have received an admin invitation.
