One or more accounts? One or more invoices?

Before issuing any benefits, we recommend that you consider whether you want to manage all beneficiaries under one account or multiple accounts.

Companies can have one or more accounts in the Business Portal.

One account

One account

One account is used to manage the benefits of the beneficiaries added to it. Beneficiaries can be divided across different invoices, and the account can have multiple admins. The same admin can also manage multiple accounts.

You can choose to split beneficiaries' ticket purchases across more than one invoice. This is useful if you want separate invoices, for example, by department or by the type of benefit issued to the beneficiary (for example, employees receiving auto-renewing season tickets on one invoice and employees receiving a mobility budget on another).

A single account is often suitable for small and medium-sized businesses.

Multiple accounts

Multiple accounts

In some cases, it is advisable to open multiple accounts.

Example:

If a company has multiple locations and wants invoices to be sent directly to different invoicing addresses, each invoicing address should have its own account.

Each account has its own admin, allowing admin rights to be restricted for different accounts. Each admin can have access to one or multiple accounts as needed.
