If you want to temporarily suspend your auto-renewing subscription, e.g. during your summer vacation, you can cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee. To cancel your auto-renewing subscription, simply select “End subscription” in the HSL app.
You must cancel your subscription before the next payment, at least two days before the end of the paid period. Once you cancel, your ticket will be valid until the end of the 30-day period that you have already paid for.
When you want to continue using the commuter benefit, simply repurchase the auto-renewing season ticket in the HSL app. Purchase a season ticket, select the auto-renewing subscription as the subscription type, and then select HSL Commuter Benefit as the payment method.
If you pay part of the cost of the season ticket offered as a commuter benefit yourself, it is advisable to inform your employer that you have cancelled your auto-renewing subscription.
