HSL account – your self-service channel for managing your information

Use the Ticket Store to top up your HSL card with season tickets and value anytime, anywhere. Tickets are available for all zones and customer groups. You can access the Ticket Store through a web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. You can also top up another person’s HSL card—for example, your child’s, parent’s or friend’s. Discover the HSL Ticket Store

When you log in to your HSL account, you can view your valid season tickets and value balance (i.e., money) on your HSL card, as well as your HSL card purchase history.

If you need a receipt for a season ticket or value loaded onto your HSL card, you can obtain it from the place of purchase, either the online Ticket Store or a sales or service point.

If you have an HSL card, you probably also have an HSL account. You can log in to your account at tili.hsl.fi.  If you don’t yet have an account, you can create one on the same page. You’ll need an email address and phone number.

Save locations important to you on your HSL account or in the HSL app, and you’ll receive updates about changes to their public transport links by email and in real-time on your phone. You can edit your notification settings under Notifications and privacy / Notifications and email.

When you save your favorite places on your HSL account or in the HSL app, you can quickly find routes and timetables to them in the Journey Planner.

• Your saved places appear as shortcuts in the Journey Planner, so you can search for routes without typing the address in the search field.
• You can see real-time timetables for your saved stops in the Journey Planner without a separate search.
• You can view your saved routes directly under the Routes tab in the Journey Planner and check their real-time timetables.

You need an HSL account to purchase a pass for city bikes in Helsinki and Espoo. The kilometers you cycle and all your purchase transactions will also be saved on your HSL account. City bikes are available from 1 April to the end of October. Read more about city bikes

When you register for HSL’s Bike Parking service, you can park your bike at Bicycle Garages. Currently, the Kaisantunneli Bicycle Garage in Helsinki is the only facility in use. Bicycle Garages are secure, locked facilities maintained by HSL’s partners where you can park your bike. Read more about Bike Parking
