Open:

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am–6pm
On Wednesdays 10.30am-6pm
On Saturdays 9.30am–5pm
Closed on Sundays.

Exceptions to opening hours:
On May Day, 1 May, customer service is closed.

Please note! We will switch off the queue number dispenser before the service point’s closing time if the service point gets crowded. This ensures that we can serve all customers who have taken a queue number.

Municipalities also have their own service points, and you can visit the one nearest to you.
