Visually impaired people
The names of upcoming stops and possible service disruptions are announced on HSL public transport vehicles. The stops on light rail line 15 are equipped with digital displays that provide passengers with audible information. To activate such a display, press the information button at the stop shelter.
If the driver of a bus or tram notices a passenger with a guide dog or a white cane at a stop, they will stop the vehicle and provide the passenger with information on the bus or tram route.
