Visit our service point

HSL service point is located in the Mall of Tripla, on the 4½ floor. The street address is: Pasilan asema-aukio 1, 00520 Helsinki. Check the location on a map and view our service fees.

Mon–Fri 8.30am–6pm, Sat 9.30am–5pm, Sun closed.

Please note! We will switch off the queue number dispenser before the service point’s closing time if the service point gets crowded. This ensures that we can serve all customers who have taken a queue number.

Municipalities also have their own service points; you can visit the one closest to you.
