Lost HSL card

If you lose your HSL card, any value and season tickets loaded on the card will remain safe in your HSL account.

However, your lost HSL card must be deactivated to prevent anyone else from using the value or season ticket.
To deactivate your card:

  1. Visit the HSL or a municipal service point. See the service point contact details.
  2. Call HSL customer service. See the contact details.

A guardian may request the deactivation of a minor’s HSL card, and a legal representative may request the deactivation of their ward’s card.
You can get a new HSL card from the HSL or a municipal service point. Please bring a driving license, a passport or an ID card. A fee of EUR 5 will be charged for the new card. Additionally, a service fee of EUR 1 will be charged for adding the new HSL card as an identifier on your HSL account to replace the lost card. See the service point contact details.

If you find someone’s HSL card, please return it to the HSL or a municipal service point, a sales point, or give it to a driver.
