Customer service opening hours

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am–6pm
On Wednesdays 10.30am–6pm
On Saturdays 9.30am–5pm
Closed on Sundays.

Exceptions to opening hours:
On May Day, 1 May, customer service is closed.
 

Peak times:
Monday is typically the busiest day of the week.
Phone service is usually busiest in the mornings, and service points in the afternoons. If possible, try to plan your visit outside these times.

 

Visiting a sales or service point

At sales points, you can buy tickets and top up your HSL card.
At service points, you can also take care of other matters.
